(A Nonspank Story)

A very romantic idea from Dean that made me blush furiously when it arrived!
Katie woke to an empty bed. She lingered for a minute, memories of the night before going through her head. But it only lasted a second, then all the problems of the day came to her as rose and readied herself for work.

By the time she got to work she had a million things running through her head. Last night was only a distant, but pleasant, memory. She smiled thinking of last night, usually a session with Drew, in the "special chair" resulted in her wincing every time she sat for the next day or two. But last night was different and only left a faint, warm glow somewhere deep inside her.

As she rushed to her desk though their special night was the furthest thing from her mind. Arriving at her desk, she stopped cold in her tracks. On the center of Katie's desk was a crystal vase filled with a dozen beautiful longstemmed red roses.

She didn't see a card, but it didn't need one, she immediately knew who they were from. Neatly knotted around the neck of the vase was the blue prep school tie she had been wearing the night before. Katie fingered the tie, the smooth silk bringing back the memories of the night before and putting a coy smile on her face.

As Katie put down her briefcase and purse still looking at the roses the ticket she had crumpled in her hand fluttered to the ground. Picking it up she frowned and studied it, a speeding ticket she had received this morning for going 55 in 35 zone. As she leaned over to smell the flowers, she thought, "How am I ever going to explain this to Drew?" Her hand instinctively rubbed the seat of her skirt as she though about her dilemma . . .
