This
takes place during Mary Catherine's junior year
Ever since Disneyland had been announced as the location for this year's Young
Women's Leadership Conference, Mary Catherine had been beside herself counting
the days until they left for California. She'd never been to Disneyland before
and now she was going to get to spend a full week at the park. Last year's Leadership
Conference was in Boston, which had been nice -- but hardly exciting or fun compared
to Southern California!
It
was late February and it had been a bone-chilling 23 degrees and snowing when
they left Pennsylvania a couple of days earlier. By comparison, it was beautiful
in Los Angeles. Today's weather forecast was for sunshine and a high of 74 degrees.
On top of everything else, Mandy had been selected as part of the Saint Francis
delegation this year, which made the trip even better. In fact, except for one
little thing, it was absolutely perfect . . .
The
one little thing was that Dean Michaels was their chaperone for the trip. It
wasn't that Mary Catherine didn't like Dean Michaels, she did. She liked him
a lot in fact and mostly she was really glad he was on the trip. He could be
a lot of fun and unlike most of the chaperones he was young and actually liked
going on rides and stuff.
Still,
he was really a by the rules sort of Dean and he'd set down a lot of them for
his girls on the trip. He'd put strict limits on how much junk food they were
allowed to eat each day and they had the same curfew as they had back at Saint
Francis. Worst of all, he'd informed them that the first three days of the conference
had been allocated to workshops from right after breakfast until early evening!
Mary Catherine couldn't believe it . . . they'd spend at least half their time
cooped up in stuffy conference rooms and they wouldn't even be able to see the
park until the fourth afternoon! There was no way she'd ever last . . . but
everything changed after breakfast this morning.
The
lobby of the Disneyland Hotel was filled with girls who were attending the conference.
Mary Catherine and Mandy were part of a small group near a picture window. All
of the girls were complaining about the fact that there were two-and-a-half
more days of workshops before they would be able to spend time in the park.
"Look
at it . . . it's beautiful outside today," Mary Catherine said as she stared
at the outline of the castle and the Matterhorn beyond it. "This totally sucks.
I can't believe we have to wait until Thursday afternoon before we get to go
to Disneyland!"
"Speak
for yourself," one of the girls on the edge of the group said suddenly.
Mary
looked up in the direction of the voice and recognized the girl. Her name was
Amy and she was from Flintridge Prep in Northern California. Talk about arrogant;
she made Veronica look shy and retiring!
"What's
that supposed to mean?" Mandy asked Amy.
"Just
what it sounds like. I'm going to the park today," Amy replied.
"You're
going to the park today?" Mandy repeated incredulously. "What about the workshops?
We've got sessions until just before tonight's award dinner!"
Amy
smirked as she said, "So what about them?"
"I
suppose you're just going to blow them off?" Mary Catherine asked.
"Why
not? Our Dean's are all going to be off-site for the day at their workshops,"
Amy said. "I figure I can go to the park as long as I'm back in time for the
dinner. I'm getting an award tonight you know."
"Big
deal, Mary's getting an award too." Mandy said, shooting a quick glance in Mary
Catherine's direction.
Meanwhile,
Mary Catherine simply rolled her eyes over Amy's announcement. She didn't believe
for a minute that the other girl would actually have the nerve to skip the conference
and go to the park.
Catching
her eye roll Amy glared at Mary and asked, "So what do you say Mary Catherine?
You and Mandy in or not?"
Mary
Catherine bit her lower lip and looked at Mandy thoughtfully. "Gee I don't know
. . ." Mandy said.
"Well
. . ." Mary Catherine began to say.
"What's
wrong?" Amy interjected as she rubbed the seat of her shorts. "Are the two of
you afraid of getting a spanking from Dean Michaels?" She looked over at the
other girls and added with an innocent smile, "You know that their Dean actually
spanks them when they misbehave. Isn't that right Mary Catherine?"
The
other girls began to laugh and Mary Catherine felt her face flush. She quickly
made up her mind. "What are we waiting for? The park is going to open in a few
minutes. Let's go."
The
other girls in the group grew quiet as Amy and Mary stared at each other without
blinking. Finally Amy replied, "Fine. Sure. So who else is in?"
A
couple of the girls coughed and looked down at their feet and several others
quickly left mumbling about not wanting to miss the sessions. Mandy shot Mary
Catherine a quick, panicked glance. She couldn't believe Mary was actually going
to do this! Sensing that Mandy wasn't sure, she whispered under her breath,
"You don't have to go if you don't want to Mandy. Just cover for me if Dean
Michaels shows up unexpectedly, ok?" Mandy nodded relieved. She just wasn't
as brave as Mary Catherine. As much as she wanted to go to the park today she
was too scared to actually do it.
Ten
minutes later a group of six girls, led by Mary Catherine and Amy, were on their
way to the park. Mary Catherine was all smiles, talking a mile a minute and
laughing as they entered the park and began to walk down Main Street USA. They
were all trying to decide at once which ride they should go on first. She still
couldn't believe she was really here! There were a few doubts, a few tense moments
as she looked back over her shoulder toward the hotel, but the excitement of
the park quickly overshadowed any feelings of uncertainty.
"I
think we should hit Space Mountain before we think of heading to the back of
the park," Mary said as she pointed toward the sign for Tomorrowland. "I heard
the lines are REALLY long later in the day. We should do it now before the park
gets too crowded." Quickly the other girls agree and they race toward the white-spired
structure.
The
excitement of being at Disneyland quickly erased the hard feelings and competitiveness
between Mary Catherine and Amy. The two of them led the group around the park,
eager to get on as many rides as they could. There were tons of cute boys
in the park too and they flirted nonstop. Before Mary Catherine knew it, four
o'clock arrived and they had to head back to the hotel to get ready for the
awards dinner . . .
While
the girls' day went just as they planned, Andy's didn't go quite as he'd expected.
He was running late, which was very rare for him and he arrived about 15 minutes
late to the off-conference site. After a day of being surrounded by nearly 500
schoolgirls, it was nice to get away. He had a chance to catch up with Tim Downs,
Dean of Flintridge Prep and a number of other old friends and compare notes
on their schools. This year's conference was shaping up to be the best yet.
After
lunch they found out that the afternoon speaker had been stuck in a snowstorm
in Minneapolis and would have to be rescheduled for later in the week. Without
any sessions to attend, Andy, Tim, Bill Reynolds and a couple of the other Dean's
decided to spend the afternoon at Disneyland. "It might be our only chance to
visit without a couple dozen schoolgirls in tow," Andy joked. Laughing the other
guys agreed and they quickly made their way toward the Magic Kingdom . . .
It
was Tim who first spotted the girls. Andy and Tim were relaxing on a bench near
the Matterhorn when he spotted Amy. With her long red hair and infectious laugh
she was hard to miss. "Oh, damn . . . that's one of my girls. What on earth
is she doing here?!, When I get my hands on her she won't be able to sit until
we get back to campus . . ."
He
pointed over toward Amy and it was then that Andy spotted Mary Catherine. He
was disappointed to say the least. Though Mary Catherine was a handful, this
wasn't the sort of thing she would usually do. He sighed. "One of mine's with
her Tim. Mary Catherine . . ."
Tim
looked at the small girl with the long brown ponytail talking to Amy. "So that's
the infamous Mary Catherine, huh? I'd kid you about not being able to keep such
a little thing under control Andy, but I guess given the circumstances I can't."
Andy
made a face. "That's her. Should we see where they're headed?"
Tim
nodded and they followed the girls at a safe distance, watching them go into
the candy shop by Sleeping Beauty's Castle and double back across the park toward
Splash Mountain.
"I
guess we should go collect them and drag them back to the hotel," Tim said as
the two girls joined four others and got on line.
Andy
thought for a minute, then said, "Well to tell you the truth I'd rather deal
with Mary Catherine later this afternoon. After all we promised Bill we would
meet him and the other guys at the Indiana Jones ride. There's no use ruining
our day because of those two. It'll keep for a couple of hours . . ."
They
happened to spot Amy again, this time in the lobby of the hotel just as they
got back from the park. "Amy," Tim called out casually as they approached her.
Amy's
eyes widened, then she composed herself and said, "Hi Dean Downs. How was your
day?"
"Good
Amy. What about you? Did you enjoy yourself today?" he asked.
Amy
nodded quickly. "Sure, it's been really fun so far."
Tim
then turned to Andy and said, "Andy, this is Amy, one of my brightest girls
at Flintridge Prep. Amy, this is Dean Michaels from Saint Francis School for
Girls in Pennsylvania."
Andy
extended his hand to shake Amy's. "Hi there. Dean Downs has told me a lot about
you." He paused and added, "I think you may know one of my girls . . . Mary
Catherine Whitney?"
Amy
blushed slightly, "Mary Catherine . . . oh yeah sure . . . we met at breakfast
this morning. I think we might've been in a couple of the same workshops today."
Tim
nodded, pulling out a copy of the conference schedule. "I think you're probably
right Amy. He flipped through it, then looked at her and casually asked, "Which
of the sessions took place inside the park Amy? I'm surprised that one wasn't
more popular. There couldn't have been more than a half dozen girls in the group
it seemed."
The
coloring drained from Amy's face. She gulped, then looked down at her feet.
"I can explain Dean Downs," she whispered. "I'm sure you can young lady,"
Tim replied evenly. "Now I want a full explanation about what went on here
today. Start at the top and don't leave out any details."
Mary
Catherine hurried up to her room, quickly showered and began to dress for dinner.
They had to wear their formal uniform for tonight's awards dinner and since
she'd be up at the main table and was due to receive an award she wanted to
make sure she looked extra nice . . .
Although
she was a little nervous, Mary slowly began to relax. They'd made it back from
the park with plenty of time to spare and no one suspected a thing. The sessions
were big enough that no one missed her or the other girls today.
As
Mary Catherine straightened her tie she glanced at the clock, 5:45 PM. "Great,"
she thought, "the ceremony doesn't start until 6:30 PM so I have plenty of time
finish dressing and even relax a bit. She walked over to the mirror and looked
at her reflection. Navy and forest green plaid skirt, a freshly starched, immaculate
white oxford shirt, plaid tie and navy blue blazer with the Saint Francis Crest
embroidered on the left pocket, plaid headband, navy cable-knit knee socks and
highly polished black penny loafers. She presented the picture of a perfect
Saint Francis schoolgirl.
Satisfied,
Mary Catherine gave herself a little smile as she looked at her reflection.
She looked perfect . . . absolutely by the book. "Well," she added, her smile
growing a little wider, "almost by the book." Mary had purposely worn her shorter
uniform skirt, which really showed off her legs. She knew Dean Michaels wouldn't
be entirely pleased with her choice, but by the time he saw her at the awards
dinner it would be too late for him to do anything about it.
"Knock,
knock, knock." Mary Catherine fastened the buttons of her collar over her tie,
then turned toward the door. Mandy was a little early, which was a surprise.
They weren't supposed to meet for another half-hour or so.
Mary
crossed over to the door and looked through the peephole, frowning slightly.
It was Dean Michaels! She felt herself blush and her heart began to pound. "What
on earth was he doing here?!" she thought to herself. Mary took a deep breath,
then as casually as possible said, "Just a minute Dean. I'm just finishing up
getting dressed."
She
walked back to the mirror and gave herself a final once over and tried to calm
down. Nodding at her reflection went to the door, unfastened the deadbolt and
turned the knob. "Come on in Dean," she said as she started to blush again.
Her voice was a bit too bright and she swallowed hard, trying to calm down.
Andy
walked through the door and waited until Mary Catherine closed it behind him
before he started to speak. "Thanks Mary Catherine. I just thought I'd stop
by and see how you're doing." He gave her a small smile and added, "I know you
how you get when you have to give a speech to a large group."
Andy
sat down at the small table by the window and looked at Mary Catherine. She
was still frozen at the door and she couldn't seem to find her voice. "Uhmm,
err . . . yeah." She gave him a small smile and slowly walked over to the table,
sitting down at the other chair. "Sorry Dean, I'm just a little nervous about
getting my award I guess." She tugged on the hem of her skirt, hoping that Dean
Michaels wouldn't notice that it was a bit too short.
He
picked up her copy of the conference schedule and flipped it open to the sessions
that were held today. "How'd the conference go Sport? Anything worthwhile that
we can implement at Saint Francis?" he asked as he skimmed the topics listed
on the program-at-a-glance.
Mary
Catherine's cheeks flushed again and she bit her lip, fidgeting slightly. "Relax
. . . just relax," she said to herself as she wiped her palms on her skirt.
"You went through the schedule just in case he asked you any questions. There's
no way he knows anything. He was off-site at his sessions all day."
She
stopped bouncing her knee up and down and tried to smile. "Well I went to the
workshop about distance learning programs first," she said. He nodded, not saying
anything. She could feel her anxiety level begin to rise again. She had to do
something, anything or else she would burst!
Mary
leaned over and pulled her hairbrush out of her totebag then walked toward the
bathroom to brush her hair. In a somewhat calmer voice she continued. "Then
I went to the 'There is no I in the Word Team' workshop and right before lunch
there was a round table discussion for club presidents about how to work with
campus administration. That one was really interesting."
She
could feel herself relax as she brushed her hair in long, even strokes, gaining
confidence as she talked through the open door. "The sessions after lunch weren't
that great. There was an interesting one on study techniques, but the other
ones were real snoozers. You know how these conferences are. There's always
a few sessions that don't live up to the descriptions."
Mary
Catherine could hear him murmur in agreement and she could tell she had him
totally fooled. She'd had the sense to look at the day's workshops on the Monorail
ride over to the park and it had really paid off. She even decided to push it
a bit. "You know, if I'd known how dull those last few workshops today were
going to be, I would've asked permission to go to the park instead!"
"Hmmmm,
well that would've been an idea I guess." Mary Catherine looked into the mirror
just in time to see Andy enter the bathroom behind her. She felt herself blush
again, the butterflies in her stomach starting to flutter. Just his walking
in flustered her so much in fact that she dropped her hairbrush to the ground
with a loud clatter.
"Here
let me get that," he said reaching down to pick up the hairbrush from the floor.
She took a deep breath and said to herself, "Relax would you!"
Andy
stood up and their eyes met in the mirror. He smiled and said, "Don't be so
nervous about tonight, it will be a breeze."
The
funny thing is she'd normally be petrified of having to give a speech in front
of so many people. At the moment she was so preoccupied with covering her backside
though that it didn't have a chance to really sink in that she had to accept
her award up on stage in just a few hours.
"I
just can't help it," she said as she gave him a weak smile, "I hate speaking
in public."
Mary
Catherine reached for her hairbrush, but Andy said, "How about you just relax
and let me do that." She blushed furiously, allowing him to turn her toward
the mirror. Andy slowly and gently began to brush her hair. "How was the keynote
speech? I was sorry I didn't get to attend it."
She
searched her memory for the keynote speaker's name. "Ted Banks," she thought.
He'd spoken on Technology and Creativity: Opposites do Attract. "It was pretty
interesting. Most of the girls at my table were really just deciding what to
do tonight but I paid attention since he was talking about computers and stuff."
She hoped that would be enough to keep him from asking more questions.
Andy
laughed, "I'm glad it wasn't too boring. Ted and I go way back and he can be
a little long winded sometimes, and his jokes . . ." He rolled his eyes, "I'm
willing to bet he told at least one really dull joke about his undergraduate
days at Berkeley didn't he?"
Mary
Catherine smiled, "He sure did. Wow would you look at the time! I I've gotta
go meet Mandy." She took back her hairbrush, ducked under Andy's arm and headed
out of the bathroom for the front door. As she passed the bed she tossed her
brush on top of the mattress.
Andy
followed her back into the room and said, "Not so fast Mary Catherine," just
as she got to the door . . .
Mary
felt her heart start to pound in her chest. "Something wrong?" she asked as
casually as possible.
"Yes,
you have one more workshop to attend before the dinner," he said.
That
caught Mary off guard. She mentally went through the agenda she had memorized
this morning. "I don't think so Dean Michaels. The workshops are over for the
day."
"Well
it isn't a workshop exactly. Think of it more as a individualized seminar."
He looked at her, she was starting to fidget and she had a confused look on
her face. "Let me explain. First, Ted Banks didn't go to Berkeley, he went to
MIT for his undergraduate program."
Mary
blushed a bright red as the Dean arched his eyebrow. "Ah . . . well, I'm sorry.
See I was really tired by lunch so I decided to come upstairs for a quick nap.
I should of just been honest with you, but I well . . ." she shrugged her shoulders
helplessly. "It just sounded so silly that I needed a nap."
"Yes
you really should've been honest with me Mary Catherine," Andy replied. "So
where is it?"
"It?"
Mary asked, She felt as if her heart was going to jump right out of her chest
it was beating so fast.
"The
lollipop, the one you bought today at the candy store in the castle. You know
the store I'm talking about, it's right next to the toy shop."
Mary
felt her mouth drop open. He knew! She looked at him dumbstruck, then dropped
her eyes down to the floor. How could she be so stupid! "Nightstand, top drawer,"
she finally mumbled. She heard the drawer open, then shut again. He walked over
to her and waited. Still staring at her shoes she asked, "How did you find out?"
"The
presenter for our afternoon session was snowed in at the Minneapolis airport.
We ended up having the afternoon off. Some of the other Dean's and I decided
to spend a few hours at the park and we spotted you and a girl named Amy from
Flintridge Prep walking into the candy store. About an hour ago, I was with
Dean Downs from Flintridge Prep when he confronted Amy and she told us the whole
story." So I decided to come up and see what you would have to say for yourself
and whether or not you would lie about it."
Mary
Catherine felt a wave of anger rise in her. Amy was the reason she went in the
first place. She acted tough but it was obviously just an act. "What a baby!"
she thought to herself. "I can't believe she ratted me out!"
Placing
the large lollipop down, Andy pulled out one of the chairs at the small table
and placed it in the center of the room. "Come here Mary Catherine and sit down,"
he said firmly.
She
slowly approached Dean Michaels, eyes still downcast and sat down cautiously
on the straight-backed chair. Andy started to pace back and forth in front of
her, his arms folded across his chest. "Now about that special seminar I mentioned
earlier. It's called 'The Consequences of Lying.' It's not in your Conference
Program so let me tell you a little about this particular session. This seminar
will show you that lying, especially to me, is not acceptable and it's not something
that I'm about to tolerate. You'll learn that fooling me isn't as easy as you
seem to think it is. You're going to learn that honesty is the best policy and
that lying can have some very painful consequences. This is going to be a hands
on, interactive session." He paused then added, "I have a feeling Amy and the
other girls with you today will be attending the same seminar in their rooms
before the award dinner."
Mary
Catherine's face turned bright red, right to her earlobes. She knew exactly
what was in store for her. She felt the tiniest bit of satisfaction knowing
that Amy was also going to get spanked, but it still didn't make the prospect
of her own spanking any easier to take.
Mary
felt her heart begin to beat wildly and her knees turn weak. She couldn't believe
it. Here she was at Disneyland and about to be spanked. She watched as Andy
walked over to the window and closed the drapes. She could see the park out
in the distance across the street before they shut tight. She thought of all
the people in the park she had seen today, laughing, smiling, and having a good
time. A few hours earlier she'd been one of those people and now look at where
she was. Mary Catherine wondered just how many of them were getting spanked
today?
Andy
helped her to her feet, then sat down and extended one hand toward Mary Catherine
as he tapped his lap with the other. "Let's get to it young lady," he said.
She
scrambled over his lap awkwardly, getting a much closer look at the carpeting
in her hotel room than she wanted or needed in this lifetime. It was strange
. . . disconcerting even. This was a position she found herself in often at
Saint Francis, but it felt different here. Back home spankings were an everyday
part of her world. She'd grown accustomed to the trips over his knee, the paddlings
across his desk. Here it seemed horribly embarrassing. She was a 17-year-old
girl, an adult practically and yet she was being taken across his knee like
a small child!
She
couldn't get the contradiction out of her head. She was at Disneyland, the "Happiest
Place on Earth" but she felt anything but happy at the moment. Spanked! She
just couldn't believe it was actually going to happen, despite her current position.
Mary
closed her eyes, trying to take deep breaths, wishing with all her might she
was anywhere else at the moment. Even though her skirt was down and her panties
were still in place she shivered slightly, feeling a faint rush of cool air
blow underneath her skirt. She knew that she wouldn't feel cold for long though.
She
could hear Andy begin to scold her. With the blood rushing to her head and the
thundering sound of her heartbeat ringing in her ears it seemed as if his voice
were somewhere very far above her instead of just a few feet. Not much was getting
through at the moment -- just the words that seemed to hurt the most: "Disappointed
. . . expect better of you . . . not like you to be so irresponsible . . . consequences
young lady . . . hope you learn a valuable lesson today . . . doing this for
your own good."
Mary
Catherine suddenly realized he'd stopped talking. "Did he ask a question?" She
thought panicked. "I didn't hear what he said!" She felt his hand tug on the
hem of her skirt. No, she hadn't missed anything . . . it was time for her spanking.
That was why he stopped talking.
She
could feel her heart pounding in her chest as the back of her skirt went up.
"It'll be over soon . . . it'll be over soon," she told herself over and over
as she felt his hand tuck her skirt into her waistband. He paused for a second.
Despite how he felt, he couldn't help but smile slightly. Beneath her starched,
regulation uniform was a pair of panties covered with Mickey Mouse ears. Only
Mary Catherine would think of wearing panties like that when she was at Disneyland.
"Lift
up Sport," he said firmly, waiting for her hips to rise off his lap. With a
swift, smooth tug he pulled the panties over her cheeks and let them settle
at mid-thigh. She groaned with embarrassment as she felt his hand on her bare
bottom, positioning her backside so it pointed skyward.
"Oh
god!" she thought, her face burning brightly at the thought of the view she
was presenting to him at the moment. She felt so bare! He was going to spank
her and judging by the way he tightened his grip around her waist it was going
to be a long, hard one. Her heart was racing out of control. She swallowed hard,
closed her eyes and clenched her fists. Any minute now . . . any minute . .
.
"SMACK
. . . SMACK . . . SMACK . . . SMACK!" The spanking began suddenly and as always
it took her by surprise. No matter how often she found herself in this position
it stunned her that she was actually across his knee, her panties lowered and
her bottom bared. Each spank was firm and crisp, causing her to wince as it
landed across her bottom. He was spanking her very hard . . . not quite his
hardest, but not far from it, even though he was just beginning. Mary Catherine
knew she was in for a long, hard trip this time and she wondered just how many
spanks there would be.
Andy
aimed carefully, watching a clear pink handprint rise up on her pale left cheek.
"Pale for now at least," he thought. He was bound and determined to leave her
bottom bright red by the time he was through with her today. Lying was the one
thing he absolutely wouldn't tolerate from his girls and her bottom was going
to remember just how displeased he was with her behavior for some time to come.
"SMACK
. . . SMACK . . . SMAAAACKK . . . SMACKKKKKK . . . CRACKKKK . . . WWWHAAAPP!!!"
As
he continued to spank Mary Catherine, she crossed her ankles back and forth,
squirming with all her might across his lap. Every smack seemed to land just
where it was the most tender! Andy was careful to go back and forth from cheek
to cheek, top to bottom, then working his way back up again. By the time this
spanking was over she would never even think of pulling a stunt like that again.
"SMACKKK
. . . CRAACKKKKK . . . WHAPPPP . . . SMACKKKK . . . SMACKKKK!!!"
Mary
Catherine began to let out a small gasp with each spank. She couldn't remember
the last time Dean Michaels heated her bottom so thoroughly. She was thankful
at least that he was only using his hand and not the hairbrush.
"SMACKKKKK
. . . CRACCCCKKK . . . WHAAAAAPP . . . SMMAAAACCCCKKK!!!!" "Oww . . . oww, ohhhh,"
bottom was a bright, even red now and he moved down to her thighs. Mary's head
dropped and her legs came up, twisting and kicking with every smack. She could
feel her eyes start to tear up as the intensity and pace of the spanking built
. . .
"WHAPPP
. . . SMAAAACKK . . . SMMMAACK . . . SMAAAACKKKKKKKK . . . CRAAAAAAACKKKKK .
. . SSSMMAAAAACKKK . . . SMACCKKKKK!!!"
And
then he stopped.
Mary
Catherine let out a deep sigh of relief and she tried to rise but Andy held
her firmly across his lap. "Not quite yet young lady, we've still got a little
unfinished business to take care of here."
"Now
what? He'd already spanked her . . . was he going to lecture her again?" she
wondered. She quickly got her answer. Andy planned to do both.
"I
want to make sure I leave a lasting impression about going off like you did
young lady," he said quietly but firmly as he repositioned her to raise her
bottom even more prominently across his lap. "Disneyland's a pretty safe place,
but something still could've happened to you and I wouldn't have had any idea
where you were. That in itself is bad enough. I'm very, VERY disappointed in
you. This is a Leadership conference. You're a part of this because you're a
leader -- a role model to the other girls on our campus. Skipping out on the sessions
today was totally unacceptable. Do you understand that Mary Catherine."
She
quickly nodded, whispering a small "Yes Dean," for good measure.
"I'm
glad. Now let's see that was seven sessions you missed today, and an extra three
for skipping the lunch and the keynote speaker."
Mary
Catherine quickly twisted her head around and looked over at the bed. Her hairbrush
was still there. "Good," she thought slightly relieved. At least the last 10
would only be with his hand.
She
put her head back down and tightly clasped her hands around the chair leg, steeling
herself for the hot smacks that were about to rain down on her bottom.
"Ten
more then we're done Mary Catherine. I want you to count." Suddenly Mary felt
something cool and hard press against her hot, sore bottom. Before she could
think. Andy brought it down with full force on her already tender cheeks.
"SMAAAAAAACK!"
the loud crack echoed off the walls of the hotel room as Mary's head snapped
up and she cried . . . "Ooooohhhhh, owwww!!!!!" One!!!!!!"
"Oh
my god!" she thought to herself, "it's the lollipop!
"SMMMACCCCKKKKKK!!"
"Youch . . . twooooooo!!!!!" "WHAAAAPPPP!!" "Threee . . . OWW . . . . OWWWWW
. . . OWWWWW!!!"
"SMAAAACKKK!"
Oowww . . . FOUR! No, nooo more . . . owwwwchh! Please, I'll be . . . I'll be
good Dean! I'm . . . owwwwww . . . I'm sorry I lied!"
Slowly
and methodically Andy administered the final 10 spanks to Mary Catherine with
the oversized lollipop. She had no idea that a lollipop could hurt like that!
It felt just like Thor!
"SMAACKKKKKK!!!"
"Five, oooooh. "CRAAAACKKKK!!!!" "Six!" Owwwwwchhh . . . please Dean, I swear
I've learned my lesson."
Andy
paused for a moment, and gave Mary Catherine's now very red bottom a small pat
of reassurance. Even that small contact made her groan. "Good girl, just a few
more now."
She
counted out the last spanks through gritted teeth, determined not to start bawling
like a little girl.
"SMAAAAAAACCCCCK!"
"Seven . . . owwww." "WWWHHHAAAAAP!" "Eight!" "SMAAAAACCCCCK! "Owwww owww .
. . . owwwwwwww . . . NINE!!!"
Andy
aimed low and let the last spank fly across both cheeks . . .
"SMMMAAAACKKKK!"
"AARGGHHH . . . TEEEEENNNN!!!!"
Andy
removed his arm from Mary Catherine's waist and she shot to her feet and began
bounce up and down on her toes. She looked over at Andy, her face contorted
in pain, her eyes watering. She took a deep breath, then another . . . it hurt
so much!
Slowly
Andy placed the lollipop on the table and stood up, giving Mary Catherine a
big hug. "Shhhhh, all over now Sport," he said gently as she began to cry on
his shoulder.
"I'm
. . . I'm sooooooo sorry," Mary Catherine said to him through her tears. "I'm
sorry I let you down."
"Shhhhhh,
I know Mary . . . I know you are, but it's all over now and you're forgiven,
ok?"
Mary
Catherine nodded against his chest and he held her, quietly reassuring her while
she cried herself out. Andy waited patiently for her to regain her composure.
Finally
the tears faded and Mary Catherine pulled away from him. She rubbed her eyes
with the back of her hand then looked up at Andy.
"Better
now?" he asked Mary Catherine gently.
"Yes,"
she answered her voice wavering slightly as she accepted the tissue he extended
to her. She blew her nose, then blushed as she pulled up her panties, which
were still twisted around her thighs, then straightened her skirt and tie.
Andy
watched her wince as she pulled her panties up. "You can go ahead and rub now
if you want Sport," he said kindly.
She
began to rub her bottom over the seat of her skirt -- slowly at first, then furiously
as she tried to lessen the sting. As it began to subside slightly she said,
"I didn't think a lollipop could hurt so much!"
Andy
gave her a little smile. "Well I hope it will help you think twice next time
before you decide to do something like you did today Mary Catherine." He stopped,
squeezed her shoulder, then added, "Because there will be a next time Sport
and I hope that when it happens you make a better decision than you did today."
Mary
nodded slowly and said, "Promise."
"Good,
now how about you wash your face and brush your hair? Then we'll go get Mandy
and the rest of the girls and head for the dinner? I know they all want to get
a good seat to see you get your award tonight."
Mary
nodded, and quickly freshened up. As they walked to the door, Andy stopped her
and said, "I want you to know something Mary Catherine. Even though I was really
disappointed in your behavior today it doesn't mean that I've stopped being
proud of the good things you do." He smiled and added, "And there's lots of
things you've done this year of which you can be very proud. I want you to remember
that tonight when you're up there accepting your award."
Mary
turned back, her arms wrapping around him in a sudden, tight hug. As she pulled
back, Mary Catherine gave him a wavering smile. "Thanks Dean, I really needed
to hear that."
"I
know," Andy said. He gave Mary Catherine a once over, smiling as he straightened
her tie. "You look very nice Sport." He paused and added, "Even if that skirt
looks a little shorter than it should be." Mary Catherine blushed and pulled
at the hem. He ruffled her hair and asked, "Ready to go?" Mary Catherine nodded
and they walked out the door . . .
Mary
Catherine managed to steer clear of Amy for the last couple days of the conference.
She was definitely still angry at her, but even more she was embarrassed. On
the last day of the conference though Amy spotted Mary Catherine standing alone
by the window looking at the park as Dean Michaels was settling the Saint Francis
account with the hotel.
"Hey,"
Amy said as she stopped beside Mary Catherine and looked toward Sleeping Beauty's
Castle.
"Hey"
Mary replied, not taking her eyes off the view from the window.
"Listen,
Mary I'm . . . I'm really sorry. It was just that Dean Downs caught me off guard
and Dean Michaels was with him . . . and . . . well I'm really sorry I didn't
mean to tell, honest. I mean Dean Michaels said he already knew and . . ."
Mary
put her hand on Amy's shoulder and gave it a little squeeze, "Hey, don't worry
about it Amy, I'm not mad -- really." She gave Amy a sudden smile, realizing
she meant it. She knew if their situation had been reversed she probably would've
cracked as well.
Seeing
that Mary wasn't mad Amy gave Mary Catherine a big smile back. "Thanks Mary.
I would've understood if you were still sore at me. I mean I know I got you
in trouble and all . . ." Amy's voice trailed off and the two of them stood
in silence for a minute and then Amy glanced over at Mary Catherine again and
quietly asked, "Did you catch it bad from Dean Michaels?"
Mary
Catherine looked off into the distance "Yep . . . sure did. You?"
"Yea
I'll say. I can't remember the last time Dean Downs was so steamed at me," Amy
replied.
Both
girls blushed and looked down at their shoes, not sure what else to say. Finally
Amy said, "Listen, I have to go. Thanks for being so understanding Mary Catherine."
"No
problem Amy, really. Hey make sure you email me when you get back to campus.
My address is in the YWLC Directory. We can compare notes on our Deans. I have
a feeling they're a lot alike."
"Sure,"
Amy said. She then reached into her bag she had and added, "I got you a little
something when I went back to the park to remember me by. I know you said
you really liked these . . ." Amy
fished her present from her tote bag and handed it to Mary Catherine. It was
an oversized Mickey Mouse lollipop.
Eyes
wide Mary mumbled, "Thanks." Amy quickly hugged her and headed off to rejoin
her group.
Mary
Catherine held the lollipop by the very end of the stick like a piece of toxic
waste and watched slightly dazed as Amy ran toward Dean Downs and her shuttle
bus.
She
was still staring into space, lost in thought when Mandy walked up to her and
said, "Hey! Come on, our shuttle's down here! Dean Michaels has been calling
you for the last five minutes. Did you go deaf or something?"
"Huh?
What did you say?" Mary Catherine asked vaguely, turning her attention away
from the door that Amy and Dean Downs had walked through a few minutes earlier.
"I
said our shuttle's here. We're gonna miss our flight if you don't hurry up,"
Mandy replied. "Do you want Dean Michaels to blister your backside for making
us miss our flight?"
Mary
Catherine looked up, her cheeks reddening under her fresh tan. "No, come on
. . . here, take this and lets go!" Mary said quickly. She gave the lollipop
to Mandy, then picked up her tote bag to head out.
"Thanks,
but don't you want it?" Mandy asked. It's so cute!"
Mary
frowned, "Cute? I don't think so. Besides, it'll give me cavities. Come on,
I don't want to keep Dean Michaels waiting."
"Cavities?"
Mandy replied as she struggled to fit the lollipop into her backpack. "What's
so bad about a little toothache? Besides, it's a lollipop. How much damage can
it possibly do?"
As
they begin to walk toward Dean Michaels and their shuttle bus, Mary Catherine
thinks to herself, "It can make more than your teeth hurt." Her hand moved
subconsciously to her bottom and she gave it a rueful rub. "A whole lot more."
