Sophomore Year

As a sophomore Mary Catherine is caught between being a little girl and a young woman. Sometimes she seems so grown up but often goes from one to the other in the blink of an eye. She’s still mischievous at this age and gets called before Andy’s desk to answer for a wide assortment of pranks far more often than either of them would like.

Andy gets to know Mary Catherine better during her sophomore year, particularly after she unexpectedly stays with him for Winter Break. There’s an interesting young lady hiding behind the bratty little girl and he’s surprised to find just how much he likes her. This is also the year he finally remembers Mary’s connection to his past, even though he doesn’t share that realization with her yet.
